Parking
Parking is very limited on and around the site, please car share
where possible.
Rubbish/Recycling & Alcohol
There will be bins provided, please try to put the
correct rubbish in the correct bin to allow us to
recycle properly. Personal alcohol is not allowed
on site, please respect the owners of Thorncombe Sports
& Social club and use the outdoor bar provided.
Times
Gates will open at 9.00am on Friday morning. The bands
will start at 6.00pm on Friday evening.
You will not be able to camp at the festival on Thursday
night.
Ticket Prices
Weekend pass £20.00.
Children under 14 get in free (proof of age may be required).
We apologise for the increase in prices for this years event. This is needed to ensure that the festival is run smoothly and safely and so that the all round quality of the event continues to improve.
Camper Vans
Campers vans are welcome on-site in the designated area at the top of the field. Please be aware that there is a limited amount of space and access to this site will be subject to pitch availability. Pitches will be charged at £20 per Camper Van. Cars will not be allowed on-site.
Noise
& Villagers
Please be aware that the festival is held on the outskirts
of a quiet village and to date we have had no complaints
from the locals, please help us to keep it that way...
FIRES!!!!
There will be a communal bonfire and no doubt a range
of music being played around it. There will also be a limited number of fire pits avaiable. These will be the only fires permitted on site as the field is used for sporting
events all throughout the year.
Children
Families and children are more than welcome at the
Festival, there are bouncy castles and kids entertainment.
Please be aware that although the amplified music
will finish at 2.00am, we cannot guarantee a quiet
camping area.
